What Happens During the Ceremony?
The Purohit performs a Homa invoking Vastu Purusha and Panchabhutas (five elements). Each corner of the space is purified with mantras, water, and smoke. Navagraha puja is performed. The ceremony concludes with Griha Lakshmi puja and distribution of prasad.
